Belleville, April 1, 2025 — Trenval Community Futures (Trenval Business Development Corporation) is thrilled to announce a dynamic series of workshops and networking opportunities in celebration of Community Futures Week 2025, taking place April 7-13, 2025. This special week, organized in collaboration with Community Futures Eastern Ontario and Western Ontario highlights the vital role of entrepreneurship, small business development, and economic growth in Southern Ontario.
The week kicks off with the ‘Pitch Your Biz’ Workshop on Monday, April 7, from 10:00am to 11:30am at the Bay of Quinte Business Centre. Led by Loyalist College Professor Dean Howley, this engaging session will equip participants with the skills to craft and deliver a compelling business pitch. Register here.
On Tuesday, April 8, at 10:00am, Trenval is bringing back the popular ‘Funding & Financing’ Workshop via Zoom. Attendees will gain insights from Trenval, SOFII, BDC, Futurpreneur and other funding organizations on available funding opportunities. Register here.
