In early August, Bay of Quinte MP Ryan Williams honoured individuals with the Community Champions award including Trenval CFDC Board Chair, Joanna March and Director Hardik Patel.

The awards were given out to individuals who work with or started community organizations, volunteer within the community and those who contribute to the communities of Quinte West, Belleville and Prince Edward County to make it a better place.

“I want you to know the right places value you in the right way and my role is to recognize each and every one of you for the value you hold. On behalf of those individuals, and on behalf of this region and this country – I say thank you for giving your time and talent towards our region”, said MP Williams.
