Trenval Supports Local with Business Booster 22

Local businesses can begin to renew, recreate, boost and refresh themselves as they prepare for 2022 and beyond with the Business Booster 22 loan initiative delivered by Trenval Business Development Corporation (Trenval/Trenval CFDC).

This fund will provide new and existing businesses with financial contributions (low-interest loans) up to $50,000 with stability and growth opportunities that will build resiliency, bolster sales and revitalize in our local area.

“Small businesses are at the heart of our local economy and many are vital to this community and recovery from the continually evolving COVID-19 pandemic, which creates uncertainty for businesses and their employees is key focus of Community Futures and of Trenval”, said Amber Darling, Executive Director.

The funding program will provide vital recovery support essential to navigate the months ahead of the pandemic while finding ways to facilitate future growth.

One such business, Bloom with Graceee Doula & Reiki Services, by sole proprietor, Jessica Vader, a women-led specialized service-based business that offers one-on-one support and workshops, to families whom are trying to conceive, are expecting, or have already had their baby. Jessica has had special training to work with families expecting multiples, as well as working with multiples in the postpartum period. This business is newly located in Belleville area and suffered restrictions and additional COVID-19 pandemic costs. The Business Booster 22 program is providing the support required to relocate and expanded her services. She is now able to assist her clientele with enhanced digital health programing and physical distancing barrier solutions.
